Suzan Strahan is a trainer/instructor specializing in Dressage for all levels of horses and riders. Suzan is available for horse training, riding lessons, clinics and judging.

Her focus in teaching is to help her student’s improve their “seats,” understanding of equine biomechanics and how the rider’s classical position facilitates the horses’ ability to perform. Suzan enjoys helping the rider improve themselves so they can better train their own horses. With over thirty years of experience in training and teaching in multiple disciplines and many breeds, Suzan has an uncanny knack for unlocking the secret to better communication and performance for all levels of riders. With considerable training and competition experience with Western horses, Side Saddle, Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat on the flat and over fences, Driving and Endurance/Competitive Trail Riding, she can help any rider apply classical concepts to improve performance in these areas as well.

Suzan is willing to work with anyone, young or old, that has a true desire to improve and truly loves horses! Suzan is looking forward to a fabulous year for her students and herself to gain even greater understanding of classical equitation and to a successful show year.
